FUKAYAMA FARM

Fukayama Farm is a farm that has been organically growing organic shiitake mushrooms and deer horn reishi mushrooms for over 60 years in Hyogo Prefecture. In the rich natural environment of the Seto Inland Sea, the farm produces safe, high-quality mushrooms, using absolutely no agricultural chemicals or chemical fertilizers.
In recent years, we have also succeeded in cultivating deer horn reishi mushrooms (Lingzhi; Ganoderma lucidum), which are attracting attention in the health-conscious market, and we are promoting the production of products that combine ancient wisdom with modern technology.

About Rice Flour Pasta “Oide Tabe Mai”

The name “Oide Tabe Mai” comes from the Japanese words “oide” (“come over here”) and “tabemai” (“let’s eat together”).
The product was created so that children with food allergies—and those without—can enjoy the same meal together. Some children with severe food allergies react simply from skin contact with allergens, making inclusive dining essential.

Product Features

Our noodles have a chewy, springy texture and are made only from Japanese rice and potato starch from Hokkaido.
They are non-gluten, allergen-free rice flour noodles with no modified starches or food additives. ISO 22000 certification is currently in process.

Cooking: Boil in plenty of water for about 2–3 minutes and serve with your favorite pasta sauce. They can also be added to hot pots or enjoyed as noodles in curry soup—perfect for a variety of dishes.

Rare type of plum “Tsuyu Akane”

Tsuyu Akane is a hybrid of Japanese plum and Japanese apricot, and was registered as a new variety in 2009. Because it is delicate and difficult to cultivate, production is low and it is not widely distributed on the market.
Furthermore, for reasons such as "it is prohibited to take seedlings out of Japan" and "it has gained attention and popularity in recent years," authentic plum wine made from 100% rare plum "Tsuyu Akane" and made only with plums, sugar, and alcohol, has become highly prized as a rare and natural additive-free product.

At Miyayoshi, we grow Tsuyu Akane on our own farm without relying on outside procurement. I'm doing it.

Hello, we are FKK FARM.
We are one of the Kubota Farms, which are expanding all over Japan,
We grow onions in Kama City, located in the center of Fukuoka Prefecture, utilizing rice paddies.
This is a mountainous area with a large temperature difference between day and night.
They are grown with love and care with the delicate hearts of the Japanese people.
They are very sweet and full of flavor, and have one of the best eating quality in Japan.
This year, it won a gold medal at the Vegetable Sommelier.
Using these delicious onions, FKK RARM made processed products for the first time.
Japanese style onion dressing was born in 2022.
We commissioned a soy sauce company with a 140-year history to manufacture the product, preserving Japanese traditions.
The first batch sold out quickly, and although we doubled production this year, it is still in short supply.
It is a regional product, not yet well known throughout Japan.
Japanese onions are delicious, Japanese soy sauce is delicious, and it is truly a taste of Japan.
